For the financial year ended 30 June 2023, revenue of $18.5 million represents a 10.3% decrease from $20.7 million last year. However, net profit drop from $2.88 million to $0.2 million mainly due to lower fair value investment gains and government grant.

The company has announced on 25 September 2023 on the collective sale of  50 Playfair Road in Singapore. The financial effects will boost the EPS of the company if the sale goes through.

As can be seen from the table above, EPS will increase from 0.22 cents to 15.73 cents. Given the generous dividend policy of the company, they may just dish out special dividends for shareholders in 2024.

For the half year ended June 2023, revenue increased by 4% to $313.1 million while net profit increase by 18% to $11.4%. Its interim dividend increase from 6.6 cents to 8.8 cents.

The company has been increasing its dividend in recent years and even give out special dividend in 2019. The company also has a strong balance sheet with minimal borrowings and net cash position.
